The International Dental Show – IDS, held every two years in Cologne, Germany, is a global gathering point for top companies in the sector to engage in trade deals for import and export of goods, technology advancements research and other discussion forums.
More than 160,000 visitors from 166 countries and over 2300 exhibiting companies ensured a very successful event. According to a survey, the largest groups came from dental practices, dental laboratories, dental trade and from the dental industry, but schools and universities were also strongly represented. Almost 30 percent of the respondents are either board members, company or plant managers and around 70 percent of the respondents are already planning to visit the next IDS in 2021.
We’ve met with thousands of interested visitors at our TRATE AG stand, dentists and dental technicians from all over the world had the chance to experience our dental implantology solutions first hand. The visitors experienced live presentations and hands-on demonstrations of our products, and we’ve got overwhelmingly positive feedback from them. We also had the chance to invite people to visit our training events and seminars, such as „Conometric solutions training“, „Bone growth over implant training“ or „FILO courses“ by dr. The future 2021 edition of the show will be held between the 9th to 13th of March at Messe Cologne. The event will feature the following topics: 3D printing and it’s utilizing throughout the industry; future practices in endodontics, also, the latest novelties in equipment systems and consumables, as well as veneering ceramics and aesthetic restorations.
