Dr. João Pimenta - Moderator

Dr. João Pimenta is a dentist with a degree in Dentistry and a University Diploma of Implantology and Oral Rehabilitation. He is a visiting professor at the University of Bordeaux and a lecturer at the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Porto. He is the co-founder and professor of the first University Master’s Degree in Implantology at the Faculty of Dental Medicine of the University of Porto. Pimenta is an honorary member of several dental societies and has published articles in various dental magazines.

Dr. Henri Diederich

Luxembourg

Dr. Henri Diederich is a highly accomplished dentist and certified implantologist with over 35 years of experience. He completed his scientific studies at the University of Luxembourg in 1979 and received his Degree in Dentistry from the Brussels Free University (ULB). In addition, he holds a University Diploma in Legal Dentistry (expertise, personal injury, identifications) from the University of Montpellier I and a University Diploma in Personal Injury Assessment in odontology (DUEDCO) from the same institution.

Dr. Diederich owns a private dental clinic in Luxembourg that specializes in treating mandibular dysfunction and primary clinical dentistry. He is also a dental expert in Luxembourg courts and the editor-in-chief of implant-directions.com.

Dr. Raquel Zita Gomes

Dr. Raquel Zita Gomes is a highly accomplished dental medical doctor specialized in implantology. She holds a PhD in Oral Surgery/Implantology and is a specialist in oral surgery certified by the Portuguese Dental Medical Association. Dr. Gomes is an opinion leader and active member of various dental associations and has authored numerous articles and spoken in over 30 countries. She was listed in the Top 100 dentists in the World 2020 by the Global Interdisciplinary Institute and runs private practices in Portugal dedicated to implantology, advanced oral surgery, and rehabilitation.

Dr. Alejandro Vivas-Rojo

Dr. Alejandro Vivas-Rojo is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon based in Portugal. He studied DDS in Venezuela and completed his Oral Surgery degree in Spain. He has lectured in over 70 countries and taught Advanced Course in Implant Dentistry in Portugal since 2010. He is also a co-writer of the book “Advance Implant Dentistry” and an honorary member of several associations.

Dr. Alexandre Rovisco

Degree in Dentistry at the Higher Institute of Health Sciences, 2001. Postgraduate in Orthodontics by the Gnathos Foundation with a teaching load of 400 hours. The doctor attended many theoretical and practical courses in Implantology and holds a certification in Pedagogical Skills for trainers and lecturers. Lecturer in topics varying from General implantology to Immediate loading. The doctor is also the Nobel Guide System Guided Surgery and surgical planning trainer. Working for Clínica Alexandre Rovisco.
