ROOTT Dental Implant, basal ss type, diameter 4.5 mm, length 14 mm, material: Ti6Al4V.

ROOTT BS dental implant is a sandblasted version of the ROOTT B one-piece implant with a prolonged 1.5-7mm neck. Recommended in clinical situations when high (until 7mm) horizontally atrophied alveolar ridge is observed.

It has a unique feature to be bent. This feature makes the prosthetic treatment easier.

Implants with necks less than 3mm are not bendable.

Divergence or convergence up to 10˚ is possible between these types of implants because the slope of the abutment is 5˚.

If the divergence or convergence of more than 5˚ between these types of implants is found the abutment can be grinded.

The abutment is designed for cemented or conometric (telescopic) type of fixation as well.

The structural characteristics allow placement in bone that is deficient in height and width. They can be placed with flap or flapless technique.

ROOTT BS can be used to bypass the mandibular nerve and for the engagement of the cortical bone at the fusion of the pterygoid with the maxilla. Can be used in combination with Compressive implants.

Can be bent up to 15° after implant placement

Advantages:

  • Ideal for resorbed ridges
  • Immediate loading
  • Placement in a socket of an extracted tooth
  • Excellent protection from inflammation around the dental implant
  • Adjustment of abutment angle 15 degrees
  • Sandblasted
